How to order

• If you wish to purchase items by mail order you can now pay securely by card on this website. If you wish to pay by BACS please contact me.
• To order items, click on the picture and the option to add to cart will appear. 

Shipping

• Unless marked otherwise items that you can add to the cart cost £5.95 to post – this is for up to 6 items and includes any combination of these items.
• If you are ordering more than a mixture of 6 items you will need to contact me by e mail or phone for the exact cost of shipping. Orders are shipped by standard second class post - if your order is urgent please e mail me.
• If ordering for a school or club, or ordering in bulk, please ask for a personalised quote as discounts will usually apply.

Returns policy

• Goods received damaged or faulty may be returned for replacement or refund. If a refund is requested we will also refund the cost of return postage using standard second class post.
• Please check the goods upon receipt and immediately get in touch by e mail and within 3 days of delivery in case of any damage, shortages or non-delivery of the items.
