Refunds and returns

  • Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. 
  • The cost of bespoke products will not be refunded unless faulty.
  • We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting goods to you if the reason for return is our fault. 
  • If goods are faulty we will also reimburse the cost of returning it to us. However, if the return is a result of you ordering the wrong item, changing your mind etc. we will not be responsible for refunding postage costs.
  • We will not refund goods until they are returned to us.
